Normally i dread the end of the months..i usually look back and realise how much hours i've wasted.. how 30/31 days passed me by so quickly.. but today was different.. The day's been filled with coincidence

Spent the day bonding with K and my Dad.. had great randomn convos.. kicked started during breakfast at Gadong..The place was filled with middle aged businessmen and government servants.. It was like a networking site..I find it really personal compared to those angmoh-style power breakfasts..Talks on the economy, development etc etc were flying everywhere.. Managed to pick up a thing or two about the trick of the trades.. I liked it when controversial issues were brought up..

Oh, fell into a puddle of mud this morning.. K went hysterical.. I was beyond aghast! Fortunately, it was tooo early to get uptight.. so all was forgiven.. my own fault also bahh.. Popped by Hy's place but he went out.. thank goodness no one else saw my mud-puddle incident

Later on at noon, we went over to Serasa.. MY CHILDHOOD HOMETOWN! its true, i was born and bred in Muara Town.. it's like on the other end of Brunei.. had to go check up on K's childhood home for maintanance and stuff.. ironically we're a year apart and ive never lived a day in that house..So today was sort of like a first timer for me.. My causins live right next door.. so i went over to play pingpong for a short while.. They're the true blue Muara-langs.. they're the very few ones left..most of us packed up and migrated closer to the city over the years

Its been more than 10 years since i last lived in Serasa.. nothing much has changed.. i can still remember and recognise most of the fixtures.. granted there's more shop houses now..its tooo farr from Bandar.. people dont prefer the commute.. To get to Muara Town from my current house is liteally a one way streeet.. all u have to do is drive straight all the way! serious!

Dad had to meet up with a friend at the Jati's Textile Factory.. it manufactures branded clothes for export in USA.. why local people never see their products? There's this lease that bans them from selling locally.. its sole purpose if to make and shipp.. No cameras were allowed though XC.. had to watch about 300+ workers hard at work through a glass screeen.. Wanted to get up close but it was too stuffy and hot..

Textile is the next real thing aside from oil and gas.. Its potential is there yet its not doing so well..

Later on at Unitek i met up with Shy.. great coincidence.. more than 3 times this month alone i've met here whenever i went out.. Reen too! Complained about The Lost Ship.. I still behkamwan empire's fooood.. The food at Din's place is awesomeeeee! Definately recommend.. wish it had non-halal stuffs though..

Im beat..supposed to be at a wedding..Let Shen and J take our place..

July has about 3 more hours before it comes to a close.. its been real quick..much has happened and i need sleeeeeep!
