happy birthday HM!

As we all know, no fancy celebrations this year for HM's birthday.. to be honest, in my whole life, i've never made my way down to the padang on HM's birthday, nor to the gala dinner at night.. Pity i feel.. this is the man who provided us free education, free housing, and free health care for as long as my IC is yellow..Just my luck, things to add to my bucket list: 1. Attend HM's birthday celebration 2. Get a personal picture side by side with HM for my great great grandkids to show off one day

Much has happened in Brunei these few days.. Everyone is making reference to HM's pre-birthday Titah.. Its pretty interesting.. Heard exerps of it on the way to school yesterday..All these talks about lobbying for donations, H1N1 and IRK being compulsory.. i remember last year's Titah about food shortage..spent the rest of the year hoping it would be the IT topic for karangan..

Went out to Excapade with K and the family last night.. business was slow.. Pasti because of H1N1..didnt gorge down as much..I felt queasy halfway and even till now.. its annoying to be honest.. i dont like falling sick during exam weeks.. this is my 'punishment' for never exercising..and staying up at night..

OH! the highlight of my night! Imagine this girl kid, no taller than my waist.. doing MJ's signature hand-on-crotch dance in the middle of the MALL! SO HILARIOUS! THIS was my mistake: i had a camera and i shouldnt have hesitated.. I mean her mother was standing a few feet away also enjoying the spectacle.. *smacks self* next time i'll just snap and be sure to walk really really fast in the opposite direction

Met K's really frendly friends from HK last night at Unitek.. Brunei really is getting smaller la.. what are the chances of being at the same place and the same time? Apparently, they're staying nearby too..

Anna called to say that she has defied science.. apparently, while im toiling away for QE, she's at home watching her wings grow.. she announced that they're white and she's spending every second brushing them tenderly.. I say, you should be pumping iron! those 'wings' need to be able to take you all the way to UK!

Ohhh! hope the doctors at RIPAS wont see them and freakk out tommorow.. let's just say, i hope they believe in angels.. for instead of the hepatitis shot you ordered, they might just take you down!
